Support All Women is proud to announce first mentor Meg Ksenzakovic from Celgene who joined hands to Support all Women initiative of getting women back to work who have been out of jobs for more than 2 years. Meg has been a true inspiration for beating all odds and making a place for herself in this industry. She is not only passionate about volunteering for causes to make the world a better place to live but is always eager to do something significant which impacts someone’s life in a positive way.
Support All Women and Net2Source Inc. is proud to announce our 2nd mentor out of 52 mentors chosen to support all women initiative to change 52 lives in 52 weeks. The purpose of Support All Women initiative is to get women back to work who have been unemployed for more than 2 years.
Michelle Routhier – PMP, CCWP is a Sr. Manager focused on enabling Expedia’s business success by reducing friction in the external talent and services process and leveraging innovation to create a competitive edge for Expedia by increasing access to high quality talent. Michelle has deep industry expertise spanning global program implementations & management and best in class technology solutions in high tech industries. She currently leads Expedia’s external talent program leading the sourcing process for thousands of contractors and service providers around the globe. When’s she’s not being an external workforce champion, Michelle enjoys traveling and spending time with her family including her three dogs Sophie, Sherman and Seymour.
We are so proud to announce Katie Macias from AgileOne as one of our mentors for the Support All Women initiative, by Net2Source Inc., where we have pledged to change 52 lives in 52 weeks with the help of 52 mentors.
Katie is the Director of Supplier Management for AgileOne’s Global Strategic Sourcing group. She is responsible for managing strategy for the Global supplier base affecting over 100 accounts. She manages the Valued Supplier program with the main focus on strategic partnerships and ensuring they have the right supplier talent to meet their client’s needs. Part of her role is supplier cultivation, development, and recognition. She is especially passionate about mentoring and positioning suppliers for success. Her favorite charities are those who support the advancement and wellbeing of women and children, so when the opportunity arose to participate in Net2Source’s initiative of “Support All Women”, she jumped at the chance. Katie believes this initiative will open a whole new realm of possibilities, ideas and talent. Providing a platform for success for even just one woman can benefit not only her and her family but also can have a profound socioeconomic impact on her community.
